  Jeffery was extremely knowledgeable and educated me on all the lines, he cleaned out the tankless water heater, performed a full inspection, and made excellent recommendations for preventative maintenance. He even fixed my broken window! I would recommend Jeffrey for any service, he was extremely professional, very nice, and I will definitely go by his suggestions.

  Jeff from Ben Franklin came out exactly when he said he would and was prompt, professional, and went over everything he did in a clear, concise manner. He also gave my general pipes a quick inspection and gave me recommendations for regular maintenance. I'd absolutely recommend Ben Franklin. I have nothing but positive things to say about this company from top to bottom on every level.

  Jeff Catalini is an excellent plumber.My husband and I trusted Jeff to perform many repairs.inside and outside of our home. Jeff and his apprentice Donny were mannerly, clean, respectful, professional, skillful, and knowledgeable. Jeff took time to assess and define our plumbing problems and explain his plan of action.He was open to patiently answer our questions and even used an iPad camera to support his diagnosis. Jeff and Donny cleaned up after themselves and wore covers on their shoes.The gentlemen went right to work and never stopped until all of the tasks were completed. Jeff made sure to ask if we had any additional questions during the end of our service walk-through and review..I highly recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. The company hires the “cream of the crop.” Jeff was a wonderful mentor for Donny.
