Jewell Nixon did a remarkable repair. Would not leave until any leaks were noted and everything operated appropriately. Great customer service. Very polite and extremely friendly. Some portions of the repair were frustrating but he never let his frustration show. Always happy and friendly and would not stop until the job was completed. He has 23 years of experience. It paid off today. Benjamin Franklin is good to have him. He is worth every penny if not more.

I asked for an estimate and advice for replacing the main drain and sewer line in my older home. Stu arrived with proper tools to evaluate my existing plumbing situation and explained a couple options. He promptly provided me with an email detailing what would need to be done and a breakout of the costs for those options. Friendly, polite, and knowledgeable. Overall good experience. Well done Stu.

Jewell took his time to look at my situation and suggested that a camera was needed to find the clog. So while he did not have the equipment on hand, he handled the arrangements for additional equipment to be brought on site at a time that was convenient for us. Had he been equipped to solve the clog, I would have given him 5 stars. Follow up, Brian, Coriel's partner, unclogged my drains and did a good job. He took great pains to keep the job clean and made sure the drains were working properly. Brian also cleaned up after the work was done and gave good suggestions to avoid issues in the future. I'm very pleased with Benjamin Franklin and will call them for any future issues.
