This is the most Professional, Capable operation in town. The 24hr. Emergency service is reasonable, and prompt. No Job too big or too small for Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. I Supervise 3 apartment complex’s in the Low Country. It’s always a pleasure doing business with them.

Ben Franklin installed a gas connection for my whole house generator. Miss Kim was very responsive from day one all the way through the end of the project especially since the project spend out over approximately eight months has the generator originally came in it was damaged and had to be re-ordered. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic trying to get many different supplies especially generator were difficult at best. Miss Kim was there for me and got it scheduled and installed in no time flat. Superior service from her company and herself. I would highly recommend them again.
