  Our technician was on time, courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. He explained everything in details that were understandable. We had used a different plumbing service previously that did not fix the problem and then did not guarantee their work. When the problem persisted, they were willing to come back and charge us double what they charged the first time. Not so with Benjamin Franklin plumbing. Absolutely professional from the people who answered the phone and set appointments, the manager, and the technicians! We are so grateful and cannot recommend them enough!

  Made an appointment using their online portal after my washing machine backed up into my shower. The appointment was confirmed with my wife who wrote down the details while on the call and we were told that we could expect them between 12:30 and 4:30 on the following day. I took what little vacation I had to be home the entire afternoon. My wife arrived home at 5pm, well after the time we were told they would arrive. She called to ask for an update and was told by Tyler that our appointment was actually from 4-6 and we should see someone soon, gas lighting her and telling her she had it wrong was the wrong course of action. The professional response could have easily just been “we lost track of time and will be with you shortly.” I’m sure this was done to save themselves from having to give us a discount on the service since they pride themselves in being “the punctual plumber.” Nevertheless, the lack of integrity they showed didn’t sit well with me and I will not be using there services in the future.

  After having a water heater replaced by Benjamin Franklin Plumbing in October, the water heater quit working in January. They sent someone to address the problem right away. They were very helpful, professional, understanding, and courteous. I strongly recommend them to anyone.
