Plumber came on time and diagnosed the problem right away, we needed our water pressure regulator valve replaced. As fairly new homeowners the price was way more that we thought, but it took 3 hours to replace so I guess it is understandable. The Plumber kept the area clean and explained all he had to do so we knew what to expect. We noticed better shower pressure right away. I would recommend them if you need a plumber

This place is excellent. Their pros always know what they're talking about and give a fair assessment of what repairs are necessary versus what's recommended. Scott R. did a thorough job and explained things in an easy-to-understand manner.

William Nixon is very thorough & provides quality service. I do feel that Benjamin Franklin Plumbing is a bit pricy, but the quality of their work is very good.
