Called on a Friday and got an appointment on the following Monday! James Sanders was amazing- please add him to the pictures on the survey! My husband said he was incredible to work with. Professional, fun to talk to, and worked very hard to fix our water heater and toilet. He was there for a long time with a great attitude and now my husband and I can finally move into our first home we own together! The great service means everything to us. Can't recommend enough!

Our technician arrived on time and was very friendly. He was able to quickly diagnose our issues and gave us a price quote before he started working. He knew exactly what he was doing - getting the job done fast. Cleaned up after himself and answered our questions. Would definitely use this company again.

I have used Ben Franklin for as long as the company has been in Ames. When I had a major repair a few years ago- installing new water service - Chris was part of the team. He made what might have been a bad experience into one that was as pleasant and efficient as it could have been. I have asked for him to be "my plumber" ever since. He is skilled, efficient, and unfailingly positive. Yesterday he installed a new sink and faucet in my new home, and gave me good advice on dealing with fixtures in the house I'll need to maintain. He's terrific!
