  Actually, Kirk was here for original call. Johnny came with water heater & did the installation. He was incredibly easy to work with, used every minute efficiently. As far as a layman can say, everything looked great and a thorough installation was accomplished. The water heater will have to heat, etc. before we can Say how it works, but at this point we can report that Johnny did an excellent job for us, and representing Ben Franklin. 10 stars!

  Kirk was ALL business...very courteous, customer friendly and professional. He had no problem with my looking on while he did the job, and he was willing to explain in detail what he was doing. While I'll need some additional work done, I was very pleased with Kirk's initial visit. I look forward to working with this company in the future.
