  We are very pleased with Ben Franklin Plumbing in every regard. Their on-site staff was courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. Had no idea a faulty water regulator could cause such chaos.   Very professional and right on time as scheduled. The service tech explained the details of the repairs and keep me posted all along the way. Repairs were quick and were exactly as quoted. I was also impressed with the shoe covers they wore while in our home to help keep down on tracking in any extra dirt. Nice touch. Would use them again and definitely recommend them.
