I had a new washer and dryer delivered but found out at install that my washer valves were broken and wouldn't shut off the water so they needed to be repaired/replaced. I called BFP (1st time customer and will use them again) after 2pm on a Thursday and were able to get me scheduled for an 8am appointment the next morning ( a Friday). Mike was here on time, explained every step to me and got the repair done quick. It was affordable also. I am so appreciative of how quickly they got me scheduled (since I definitely need to get some laundry done :) ) and appreciate how kind our technician was. It definitely eases the stresses of home repair when you have a company you can rely on that as knowledgeable technicians.

Art Childress was our plumber and he was excellent. He installed our kitchen faucet. He did a great job. He also fixed out toilet. He gave us estimates before he did the work and his work was good and he cleaned up after himself as well. Very nice to work with and gave us a brochure on water softeners that we was inquiring on and very professional and knowledgeable.

It was easy to schedule a service call. Art, the tech , arrived on time. Very nice abs professional, I approved quoted repairs , he completed them quickly. I don’t care if it took him 10 mins to do. I got what I wanted at a fair price. Wife is happy now. Thanks Art.
