  Once again, Richard Simpson was the most professional, considerate and courteous professional service man we’ve had yet in 10 years here. That is so refreshing these days! We were pleasantly surprised by his early arrival to help us and his professional expertise. We will be using Ben Franklin Plumbing service again in the future thanks to Richard’s stellar service.   I had Jeff inspect the plumbing to estimate the cost of repairs from a home inspection of a house I was buying. During the inspection, he identified and correct the major issue of low water pressure.. He also answered several other questions I have about future renovation Plans. Very competent. thorough and articulate. The office staff was great.
