  I replaced my septic and well system with Ben Franklin Plumbing and they really put the WOW in customer service. As a new home owner unfamiliar with this type of system, I immediately felt at ease working with James and Travis. Great people who were friendly and made the whole project work on the budget I had set up. Highly Recommend them to anyone needing a dependable and affordable plumber.

  Mom and Dad had a problem with their garbage disposal leaking. Being older now they just are not as available to do the job themselves. Benjamin Franklin was responsive, kind and did a fabulous job. My Dad was always very meticulous when doing house repairs. He was very pleased with the competency and professionalism of the employee that provided the service. They arrived within the time quoted. They were there and did the job quickly. Thanks to Bejamin Franklin - southern pines.
