  Put in an online request for a service call for a leaking toilet. Got a call back fairly quickly which was all good, however when I explained that the property was a rented property the company declined to move further with any help. It was stated that "Benjamin Franklin Plumbing is not accepting any service calls from rented properties at this time". Honestly, my question is why? There's no difference in doing a service call to a personal home vs a rented one. Really awkward in my opinion. Was hopeful to use these guys as they are highly rated, but I suppose business will be taken elsewhere. I would reconsider the stance of not servicing rented properties.

  I've used Ben Franklin on three occasions for plumbing repairs in the 3 years since we bought our home. They are always professional, on time and up front about costs. I always feel like I understand the cause of what we are fixing and not just that it needs to be done. The most recent trip today resulted in some less than optimal news, but Thomas guided me through what we were going to do to find and repair our leak. I appreciated his honest and straight forward communication. It is nice to work with people who are focused on helping you fix the problems most relevant to you. I'll continue to work with this company because their people repeatedly show me a customer focused culture.
