Ben Franklin plumbing has great customer service and technicians! We had a kitchen sink replaced, a new faucet installed, re work done under the sink, and fresh air intake installed in the basement. Gary was very helpful and knowledgeable. The work they did was outstanding! Gary addressed any concerns we had and was very helpful with answering our questions. Great job!

Gary was extremely helpful in diagnosing what our leak problem wasn't and helped list possible options. He also spent time helping me check the cleanliness of our well water and we are definitely looking into water osmosis options! Gary was very friendly, helpful and did a great job Facetiming my husband at work while we walked through the issues of concern.

Tom Olsen was wonderful. Our pipes froze and busted and he came out quickly, found the leak, repaired the pipes, and got my water on with the plumbing working in no time. He was constantly checking in and explained everything he was doing. My water softener unit also froze and released a ton of debris. He had to unclog my faucets and toilet filters several times but didn’t leave until he made sure everything was working properly. I was very happy with his work and the cost. Tom was very professional and went above and beyond!
