  I cannot say enough positive things about the excellent service we received from James and his assistant Michael at Ben Franklin Plumbing in locating and repairing a leak in one of our pipes and repairing a faucet. It is a pleasure to deal with a company that delivers what they promise in a professional, timely, and competent manner. They have earned our loyalty and trust and we will not hesitate to call them should other plumbing issues arise.

  This business is great! They are all professional, the quality and value is awesome! From the time I spoke to Monique she was informative, kind, and so helpful. Cody came out and was beyond knowledgeable at everything, he helped us so much, he followed up, his quality of work can’t be matched. They worked so hard to resolve our issues is such a timely manner even during the Thanksgiving holidays. I highly recommend using Ben Franklin and when you do, ask for Monique and Cody! You won’t be disappointed!!

  Called and requested same day service due to water heater not functioning. Upper heating element had gone bad and technician stated the repair cost for two new elements and a thermostat was over 700$ + the 229 after hour charge. I knew immediately i was being ripped off however i didnt have the time to call another service due to having a newborn. Ive had this company replace a bad element before (roughly 300) and replace and entire water heater before with great service and fair prices. This company clearly took advantage and it wont be my choice in the future.

  Dear Mr. Hughes, I am sorry that you had an undesirable experience with our company. It is our policy to guarantee the best possible service to our customers. Unfortunately, needing service at a time when our technicians are supposed to be home with their families comes with a premium. As for the actual repair, the increasing issues with the supply chain and with employee raises to compensate for the economic inflation, we were required to increase costs. The repair made on your water heater will carry a 2 year warranty on parts and labor, within the parameters of normal wear and tear.
