  I wish I was not having to write this review. The first time James and his crew came and did some plumbing for us they were very punctual and professional. However, the second time we needed to use them. James came to hook up our sink. We noticed after he left he never hooked up the hot water to the bathroom sink. This was in September, it is now December. My husband sent several texts to him since September letting him know the hot water was not hooked up. He also left him voicemails. I texted him twice, both messages showed they were read, I left a voicemail, my husband even reached out to James son to let him know we didn’t have the hot water hooked up. Not a single time did James acknowledge the problem or let us know that he would come fix it. Today my husband told him he would be leaving a bad review and that’s the one message since September he decides to reply to and of course he did not respond kindly. I would not recommend this business anymore. We gave them plenty of time to make right on this.

  I’m super grateful that James & DJ came out in a timely fashion. They were able to determine the problem and repair it quickly & efficiently. These guys are super dependable. I recommend them to anyone with a plumbing need whether it be big or small.

  Yesterday was the second time I used James With Belvedere Plumbing. Nobody answered the phone when I called the office. I left a message and James called me back shortly afterward. I told him my situation and he showed up after hours and got the job done and Charged me a fair price. No complaints at all and I highly recommend Belvedere Plumbing to anyone who needs a plumber.
