  About a year ago I needed well pump replaced. Call a plumber I always used and he was not able to do the job. He referred me to Bellevue and I made a call they assured me I would have water by the end of the day. Today I woke up and had no water, made the call to them, they came quickly and found and fixed the problem. Thank goodness it was a minor repair. Much appreciate that they take care of issues so quickly. Thank you

  My submersible sump pump went unexpectedly in my house and I emailed and called several companies in the valley for a quote and service. Heavy rain was expected in the next 48 hours and I needed to get a replacement before the rain. Some were ridiculously over-priced, others didn’t get back to me at all, one scheduled for the following day and cancelled 1 hour before expected arrival, another couldn’t come for a consultation for 2 days. Bellview contacted me in less then 24 hours and gave information about my options. The staff on the phone was courteous and really seemed concerned about my needs as well as the service person. They removed the old pump and replaced it with some minor adjustments to the pipe the SAME DAY. The price beat the competitors and I got a quieter, stronger pump. Not to mention the customer service and care put into the work. I highly recommend this place.

  We bought a pump from them 4 years ago and it died. They told me it only had a 3 year warranty. They sent two guys to replace the pump. When speaking to the workers they told me what “garbage” the pump was. I told them they were the company that installed it. A few weeks later we were getting gray water backing up into the house. I called and spoke to someone on call who asked me if we had neighbors, hoping we didn’t so he could “just pump it into the woods”. I informed him we did have neighbors. He said,” we’ll get that pumped out for you tomorrow.” The next day the office called and the lady asked if we had it pumped out. I informed them I was told they were going to do it. The lady in the office said,” we will not come out until you get it pumped out.” I had to call someone and have them pump my septic tank, which had just been done a few months prior. After the tank was pumped I called them back. They sent the same guys out who told me “the float was installed wrong”. I called the office and explained everything . The lady in the office said she spoke to the workers and informed me I was wrong. I asked for the owner to call me and I never heard anything. I’m very disappointed in this company. They also don’t give you a quote or anything, they just send a bill...SURPRISE!
