  He tackled my problem and he did it on a Sunday so I'm very grateful that he took time out of his weekend to take care of my issue. He has a wealth of knowledge and will share some tips and tricks to avoid future plumbing issues. His add-on services, in my opinion, are a little expensive for what it was and I thought the credit card fee was on the high side since it's a percentage of the total bill, but the cost for my main problem I thought was fair. If I take the information he shared with me into consideration then it's money well spent.

  Feel I was overcharged for a small emergency and I don't feel the part 100% correctly installed. Only interested in what else he could find to fix.

  The worse plumber I have ever used. Could not be more disappointed in Chris’s service. Do not use!
