  My hot water heater quit working. They came out right away. They didn't have the parts in the van, so they went back to the shop and came back quickly. They fixed it in stormy wet windy weather. They fixed it quickly and the first time. Afterward I was charged a very reasonable price. Thanks guys, I appreciate the service!

  I doubt these guys need yet another positive review. But these are the plumbers you need. Installed a water heater and fixed a faucet drain for me. Very competent. Upstanding. Wanting to do the right thing. Even came under bid. This company, from the top down, tries to do right for their customers.

  We've used Belk's several times in the past with good results so were a bit disappointed in the service we received yesterday. We had a technician come out to change the filter on our water tank and look into a leak we have at the baser of a sink in the upstairs bathroom. The filter was changed in less than 10-minutes and the technician went up to check the sink and was back down the stairs in just a couple of minutes. He told us it was fixed and that it was just a compression fitting that needed tightening - great! After he left we noticed the leak was back so we called to ask that someone recheck the issue. Belk's said okay but we would be charged for a second visit because repairs on 'leaky faucets' are not guaranteed. What happened to customer service? What happened to professional guidance? Why should we pay for a follow up to an issue that took a total of 22 minutes of the hour we are responsible to pay for?
