  Great from start to finish. My hard water problem has been solved. Brian responded to my request for service very quickly. Bill was very courteous while in our home both during the initial visit and installation. Bill took care to protect our flooring, and interacted with the whole family. He made it a point to show and explain in detail how to use the system. He was full of great stories. Even the cat liked him. The team at Beeco Softwater does business the old fashioned way, the best way. They treat you like family not a transaction. The price was great, too!

  I chose Beeco because of the high reviews, paying more than what another local company quoted me for a water softener install. I have a new construction house and I explained that it was new construction with unfinished basement but drywall was on the ceiling. The installer came out and wasn't ready to deal with the drywall on the ceiling. The installer was clean, but he did not put the water softener where I wanted it because of the ceiling being drywalled in my basement. I agreed to a different location, but I should not have, because then he attached a tube on the outside of my drywall across 15-20 feet and it doesn't look like it will last, nor does it seem like the professional way to install it. I would have probably agreed to add more money to my price to have it done the right way. I now feel like I'm going to have to pay another plumber to move what he installed because it's in the wrong location and makes it harder to finish my basement. At the end of the day, I probably should have been more insistent that the installer install it next to my water heater, even though there was no water softener rough-in, but I trusted the high reviews and the extra money paid to have the installer do right by me as the homeowner, and now I regret it, that's why I'm marking them down on this review.

  We went with Beeco when we needed a new unit because of all the great reviews. They were very prompt, professional and helpful. Love our unit plus the iron remover unit as we have alot of iron and we are very happy with the system
