I called needing to schedule an emergency sewer scope. They were booked a week out but Christie worked her magic and was able to squeeze me in! She was polite, courteous and incredibly helpful! I will be recommending all out clients use Bee Line from here on out.

This company is excellent, hands down! Matt came out yesterday. He was very quick to diagnose the issue at hand.
I told him I kept smelling a sewer smell off and on for months! I had multiple other companies out to check these complaints. No one could come up with a solution. Today Matt found the problem immediately! The problem was under the kitchen sink. There was a build up of junk at the Y part of the pipe. It was clogged pretty good! Matt was nice, he was very clean,his equipment clean,his vehicle was clean and he even cleaned up his work area during and after his work! Thank God for Matt, the nice girl who took my calls multiple times and Bee Line Sewer. These guy's are highly recommened from me!

I called and left 3 messages, no one ever answers the phone and they do not call you back after leaving several messages.I'm looking for someone to do a Sewer Locate. My aunt referred them to me, so I'm not sure if something happened the last two months, but I have yet to hear back. Guess I have to find someone else.

Scheduled for a Friday and had to coordinate time to be home for the appointment over the lunch hour. Received a call about an hour before advising the technician had been in an accident and couldn't make the appointment. No problem, those things happen, glad the technician was ok...Rescheduled for the following Monday at 5:30 p.m.

5:30 p.m. came and went. 6:00 p.m...still nothing. 6:30, I called. Technician was still in Norwalk and had another appointment before mine. Not going to be at my residence until 9:00 p.m. or later. Not acceptable. Cancelled.

Would have appreciated notification of the delay or to be asked to reschedule. I understand things happen and maybe this was just an unfortunate series of events, but I was disappointed with the level of service and lack of communication. Scheduled with another company and had no problem. Would recommend doing the same.

We have tried to get our drain cleaned many times renting a snake only to have it work for month or two , so I called Bee Line they came in hours had it working better than ever also they explained to me that I might need my septic pumped or had a bad valve at the septic. Thanks Bee Line for being honest with me. Its hard to find someone that knows what there doing this is my first review so I thought there service was so good it was a crime for them not to have a review .  I would recommend them, Thanks Brett
