I had Bedell out a  to help with sump pump problems. They are always super nice on the phone and Mitchell their tech came out today and was very informative and polite. Highly recommend them!

They charged my mother for services they did not perform.  Seems like they took advantage of a senior citizen...they said they would send a refund.   Called to check on refund.   They said the check is in the mail....

My mother got the refund today....so change to 3 stars...

They called me back and even worked me in to get my project done the next week.
