  Always dependable, altho I've realized they stick to the basic plumbing problems. If you need someone to install a shower system with 6 heads, you'll need to call Young, AND I wish Beckwith would join everyone else in this century and take debit cards, but it's kind of... Nostalgic and I'll keep calling them if my toilet is backing up and I can't/don't have the time to fix it myself.

  I had a pin hole leak in a copper pipe. I called and asked for a quote ahead of time and they told me the price would be $85/hr + materials. Two men came to my house and fixed the leak in 30 minutes. I then received a bill in the mail for $120 labor, $5 trip charge, and ~ $30 materials. I don't understand how a 30 minute job at $85/hr translates to a $120 charge, but at the end of the day, the leak did get fixed. I'm not sure I'd use them again due to the lack of price transparency.

  Called about a hot water leak in my bathtub. They sent Roger to fix it but it still leaked when he left. Sent me a bill, I paid it. I called again for the same leak a couple of weeks later because it had gotten really bad. They sent another guy and he repaired it, but started back dripping. Slowly at first, so I just left it alone. Now it's just running. I refuse to pay the second bill because they obviously didn't fix the problem, just patched it up, just like the first time. I have called a third time for the same problem. If they are professionals and have been around for a long time, why can't they fix a leaky faucet? Disappointed
