They were wonderful. They came out on Monday and let us know what was wrong, due to his dad being out for medical reasons there was no way Daniel could fix it that day. However, he arrived first thing Tuesday morning and replaced our pump. Even though the well was much much deeper, by at least 100ft, than we all thought it was his original quoted price never changed. The service was fast and thorough. I would use them again in a half a heartbeat. I can't stress enough how great their customer service is. The down home personal customer service was amazing.

Duane came to replace our 1.5 hp well pump on a Saturday morning. He was quick to respond to our call and get to our house. When he arrived, he never once mentioned the cost or payment. We assumed it would be comparable to other businesses, around $1,500. He was there for about 3 hours replacing the pump, putting some bleach in the well and air in the expansion tank. Also, my husband helped him while he was there. When all was done, he produced a bill for $2,750.00 of course that was cash or check only. Then before he left, we asked him to take the old pump to dispose of it and he informed us that he could not take it because he would be charged to dispose of it but that we had to take it because we would not be charged. For the service we received it does not match the price we paid.

Be very careful- They tell you there is a warranty on the pump and motor but don't mention that the warranty doesn't cover any labor. I had completely new pump and motor installed In July 2015 no complaints with the installation except pricing was a little high. When the check valve, which is made into the submersible pump, failed in Jan 2016 they wanted to charge me to pull the pump up and labor to repair. I manually pulled it up myself and found that the check valve was cross threaded and most likely never installed correctly. This should have been a warranty issue. What good is a warranty if it is parts only and the part is down a well?
