  Called Saturday (10/30/21) after they installed a gas line & furnace & hot water tank at my residence in 2014. Hot water tank had to be replaced the year warrant ran out by another plummer which was 3 years ago. Was concerned that there may be an issue with my furnace not heating properly. Never returned my call. Today is 11/6/21. UGH???
