  We purchased a Slayton 36 Kozy Heat Fireplace from Bears and couldn't be happier with their work and the fireplace! We appreciated the communication from the office as to when the technicians would arrive at our home. They did everything from framing the fireplace to venting it out our existing chimney. Blaine and Ryan did a beautiful job installing the interlocking stone panels around the fireplace and went above the call of duty to leave us as more than satisfied customers. The technicians were all very respectful and courteous, leaving their workspace spotless. We are so glad we chose this company and highly recommend Bears and thank Dave, Blaine, Ryan and Alex for their excellent work! (FYI: The glass crystals and logs aren't in the fireplace yet, they're coming soon, but I wanted to show the finished stonework.)

  Allen did a great job! The new water heater looks and works great! The leaky pipe has been repaired and looks much better. He's super friendly, incredibly informative, and just generally a wonderful person and company to work with.

  Woke up to a non working furnace. Called Bears and they were able to dispatch somebody out a few hours later. Tim arrived and was able to identify the issue within minutes and replaced the part. While he was here I asked about a UV oxidizer for the furnace due to my horrible allergies. Tim was able to work it in his schedule and had it installed in no time. He is very knowledgeable and very thorough in explaining things. Ease of payment via email is also a huge bonus for someone like myself. Hands down one of the most professional, friendly and dependable businesses I've worked with. Thank you Tim and Bears 🐻!
