  Very rude and unprofessional over the phone. Left a message with the answering service and a man called back. He was very rude. Basically he barely said hello and before I could respond he basically said "I cannot be there today or tomorrow and I wont have an opening until mid may so call someone else" and hung up. If we are looking in the future for a plumber for our company which is a nation wide company, we would never call Beano's. Customer service is key and Beano's didn't seem like they had any customer service skills on that phone call.

  I wasn't going to say anything but I see someone else had same experience. The receptionist was so uncomfortable to talk to.

  Called with an emergency. He squeezed me in his busy schedule and showed up very quickly. He worked extremely fast and was cheaper than anyone else who I had called. All other services wanted to schedule me 2-3days put.
