  Wow! I’m glad I called Beacon back. I used them last year for some outlet repair work when we had just bought our house. They impressed me again with their quick response, excellent customer service and superior workmanship. David was in our home for two long days. He worked tirelessly and meticulously. Always pleasant, super friendly and a cordial gentleman. It’s obvious he loves his craft. He went above and beyond to make sure that all the work I requested was done to my satisfaction. A true perfectionist, he patched up and cleaned every bit of dust and dirt created by cutting drywall, running wires through walls and ceilings, installing breakers, a sub panel and numerous outlets. Thank you David and thank you Beacon. I highly recommend them.

  Matt was great from the consultation to the install. He was on time and very professional. He wore shoe covers and a mask while at our home. He did his best to minimize the holes that he had to drill to get to the wiring and he gave me options on where I wanted the holes to make them out of the way. He sold me a plan but without being pushy. I would definitely recommend this company and Matt in particular.

  I’ve use Beacon Services twice now for a leak repair and replacing the original water heater to my townhome. Both times the technicians Jason and Ray have been pleasant to work with, knowledgeable, and patient with all of my questions. Their costs seem to be fairly reasonable (although home repairs are never cheap) and they made the process simple m, and as painless as possible. I appreciate how responsive Beacon Services is and how the issues are resolved same day, when possible. I will continue to use Beacon services for my home needs.
