  We were fortunate that Bayside could fit us in for AC repair where other businesses had long waits..........fortunately good record keeping allowed us to get the appointment due to a cancellation. There was a small issue so I called and got an immediate resolution. Polite, professional and knowledgeable service men, repair and maintenance, and exceptional, immediate customer service puts this company at the top of my list. I have already shared their contact info and recommended them to other cape friends.

  Bayside Plumbing was recommended to me by a collegue and im so happy we used them for our Oil to gas heating conversion. It took a week to set up the appt to review the job but Francois(owner) was on time and we had an estimate via email that afternoon for a very fair price. As this was a couple step process to work with the town and the gas company, Bayside did their initial plumbing part in 2 days! Their communication was fantastic and they kept me in the loop with what was necessary on our end and when the town would be inspecting etc. Next was the install of the meter by the gas company and they were advising us every step of the way. Then came the final Boiler install which took a couple days to schedule but was done in one day. They continued to follow up to make sure everything was working as should be. Mary Kate and Kelly in the office were always communicating over the phone, text and email which made everything so easy. They also helped make sure i had all my mass save rebate info as well. I will make sure i recommend Bayside for all plumbing needs!

  Good honest person. Didn’t charge for the initial visit. Our previous plumber retired and we are happy to have found our new go to plumbers.
