  Our water heater was having issues. Andy communicated his concerns, was highly attentive and made sure my wife and I were safe from electrical fires. He recommended a 3rd party electrician, found a water heater during the middle of a water heater shortage, and installed it next day within an hour. He was very skilled and did beautiful work. I feel like he cared. My wife and I are now able to take showers at the same time (different bathrooms). I recommend Baumbach Plumbing to anybody who wants a reliable plumber who provides high-quality services.

  I have used Baumbach's services for 9 or 10 years for a variety of services. This includes installing a new water heater, installing a gas fireplace with ventless logs, installing all plumbing in a home addition, as well as other routine services. I recently had him install the new gas fireplace (in time for Christmas). I have no handyman skills or knowledge so I need someone I can trust. I trust Andy that he will do the job well and thoroughly. Andy Baumbach is reliable, communicates well, shows up when he says he will, and provides quality work.

  Andy was phenomenal. He was on time, professional, and best of all, cost effective. He took great care of our issue. I would highly recommend him for any plumbing needs. I will definitely be calling him in the future.
