  They installed the Daikin Mini Split system on the house we bought in Cascade. The system was installed in 2017. We called them in early October to have the system checked out and they said it was fine and charged us $800 for a service call. It has never worked right and now they're saying they won't fix it or give us our money back. They've strung us along for 8 weeks saying they'd fix it and it's under warranty and parts are on order. We about froze. Now they won't do anything saying we aren't the original owners and thus no warranty. Why didn't they say so in the first place? I wouldn't recommend them.

  I inquired about having my unit either replaced or serviced and brought up to shape, I paid 65 dollars to have the technician come out and tell me a few things that were wrong with it. The technician was not prompt. He waited till the next day to come out rather than coming out that same day, because he wanted to be off By 12 that day for his own personal stuff, so my house was put off until the following day. So I paid 65 dollars to have him come out and look at my unit and then they were supposed to send another guy out to do the estimating and decide whether or not I needed to replace my unit. Well after a couple days I called the office and asked if they were going to send someone out and there response was “the estimator works on his own schedule” so needless to say they had no idea what there estimator was doing or when he would be able to accommodate me. I initially thought this was a strange way to run a company and honestly have no idea how they can still be in business with an estimator who is lazy and does whatever he wants. Well the next day the estimator called me and said he was going to show up that day at a certain time. Needless to say I waited all day for him to show up, never came never even called me. Here I am two weeks later still haven’t heard from the company in any way shape or form. No email no call nothing! If you want a great deal and very prompt service (seriously), call Greens heating and air!! Amazing HVAC company. Two days after placing my call to Greens they are installing my new unit at a great price! They are fair, fast and reliable. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH BAUER!!!!!! If it’s an emergency and you call Bauer you might just be out in the cold.

  Great experience all around. We had a new AC Unit and heater installed and it was a smooth process. From the first call for quoting to the install, they were prompt, helpful and timely. The installation was fast.
