  My shower was small and old. Bath Fitter solved the problems and in record time. The Installer Alex was an excellent craftsman with a grand vehicle sporting all the materials and tools needed. You won't believe how nice the shower feels and wonder why you waited so long?

  Bad fitter came to my house the last week of June 2021 they kept putting me off and putting me off. I finally said they could put it in October 16, 2021. I am 70 years old and I believe they took advantage of my age. They overcharge me. I have had the bathroom With all brand new walls all marvel not plastic as they put in for half the money. They will not refund my money for the deposit. They’re over priced and shady. PS. Total cost for their project but then 14,000+. Ridiculous

  Sales Rep was very thorough and professional and explained things in great detail. Was probably one of the easiest home improvements we’ve had done. We absolutely love our new walk in shower, just beautiful. We are so pleased with it we’ve already contracted with Bath Fitters to have another bathroom done. Reasonably priced, excellent service and quality workmanship.
