  Horrible! I will never request their service again. The woman on the phone said it was gonna be $400 dollars to pump the septic tank. I agree. The guy showed up and after he was done, he said $780. Not to mention, he only did one side of septic tank. The neighbor and the Bates guy got into it because he overly charged. The woman on the phone should have communicated better and non of this would have had happened. When I called her back, all she said was “oh I’m sorry I thought I had mention you $380 to pump and $400 to dig the dirt out.”

  I have known Johnny practically all my life and rest assured, he is the best at what him and his daughter do. They are good people and honest people and his daughter is one of the hardest working young persons I have ever seen..!!!!...I recommend them 100%...
