  Jason came the same day I called and replaced my water heater the next day. Great service and fair price. I would definitely call him again!

  Absolute worst service you could imagine, needed gas lines repaired. Bates didn't show up the scheduled day and wouldn't return calls. He showed up the day after and realized the pipes needing repairs were in the crawl space, then his mood changed and was complaining and negative toward everything the rest of the time. He then said he would get a price sent to us the next day and failed to do that and left us all with no heat at the coldest time of the year, and still won't return any calls or even be professional enough to just say he doesn't want to do it. DO NOT USE BATES PLUMBING. He is lazy and needs put out of business.

  He did an amazing job on replacing mine! Quick and VERY efficient and professional from start to finish. Explained everything he was going to be doing before starting. Explained how our old one wasn't set up correctly and showed us exactly what wasn't, and when reinstalling our new one made sure it was done the right way! Also very friendly!
