I had such a lovely time at the museum today. I found out all kinds of interesting information...especially about order #11. This is a real home-town museum and well worth a visit. Plan on 45 minutes.

So many artifacts are in this large house museum, covering many eras and uses. The volunteer on duty was very friendly and helpful. There's also a significant genealogy library on the premises with many local books that have never been digitized.

Wonderful experience, just on the ground floor! Loved the gift shop! The lady working was awesome!

We were impressed with the collection they had, which although small was very complete. The museum curator was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions.  Definitely worth visiting.

Thank you so very much for allowing my friend and I to be your first unofficial visitors.   Although the museum had not yet opened we were allowed to take the tour.
Please tell Chris thanks for accompanying us. His knowledge made the whole experience so much better.
