  Amazing company and service! Bass Plumbing was assigned by our home warranty company to fix our water heater. The technician quickly diagnosed the issue and determined it needed to be replaced. There was a slight miscommunication on installation day, but Raymond and Harris waited patiently for me to return home so they could get to work. They replaced the water heater in a timely manner, left their work area clean, took away the old water heater, and even cut up the box like a little house for my son to play in :) Sharon was lovely and helpful in arranging the appointments. Service like the kind Bass Plumbing provided is hard to come by and should be regarded. I would highly recommend them!

  Our insurance called Bass Plumbing to our house after we reported problems with our water heater. We paid First American $85.00 for the service call. That must have been the quickest $85.00 anyone ever got from a customer. The technician was here for maybe 5 minutes. He said something I found to be strange. I've never been a plumber but I have watched them work. The tech said he didn't like to get his hands dirty. I thought that would be the first thing a plumber would need - a willingness to touch plumbing. He left and First American denied our claim. It seemed convenient to send out someone who didn't do anything, then deny a repair claim. We called several other plumbers and everyone one of the found problems with the water heater, but unlike the Bass tech, they looked under house where the regulator and other parts are found. We later wondered in the tech was even a plumber. Useless waste of our time and a bad experience. If you have plumbing to fix that does not require them to get a little dirty, you might have a better experience.

  Bass Plumbing provided excellent service in replacing my water heater. Sharon in the office and owner Raymond scheduled the repair as quickly as possible, especially since my water heater runs my heater, and Eddie the technician did a great job installing the new water heater. He also answered all my questions about the new water heater and explained what he had done. I had been concerned about the negative Google reviews, but I suspect many if not most of the problems noted in those reviews were caused by the home warranty company, not Bass Plumbing. In my case, the home warranty company, First American, didn't order the new water heater for 4 days after authorizing it and then ordered the wrong water heater TWICE, but Bass Plumbing hustled to get my water heater up and running as soon as the new water heater was available. Thank you, Bass Plumbing!!
