  People with good reviews... I just can’t believe you. It had to be the exception, not the average. Ferrell Gas requires a certified gas company to install a gas appliance or I’d have done it myself. He sounded nice on the phone, agreed to come out and hook up my stove on delivery day two weeks away. Okay. I told other gas line companies who called me back that I found a company that agreed to do it. The appliance delivery co. Called with the scheduled delivery time- right on time the next day. I got nervous because I didn’t get a call to confirm the gas company (Beringer) was going to be there. Called several times. No answer and mailbox was full. Friday, Saturday, (stove has been delivered) Sunday, nothing. Now I’m scrambling to find another company and of course I now have to wait another week or two for any of the REAL gas companies to be able to hook up my stove. If you present yourself as a business, please act like one. At least return a phone call to let your customer know you won’t be available. Don’t sit and smirk that you beat the competition but can’t actually do the work.

  Russ Barringer went above and beyond. Cleaned my furnace and adjusted furnace to run more efficiently. Explained what he was doing and why he was doing it. Russ is very friendly professional and can tell that he has a lot of experience in furnaces repairs. I am very happy I now have someone that I can rely on to fix my furnace in the future. ☺️

  We had our furnace replaced, Russ came out on time, gave us a detailed estimate. Scheduled the install with us, we were never without heat, the job took 2 days to complete. Russ treated or house and property like it was his own. The price that was quoted is what we paid. Would highly recommend his services. Thanks Russ
