  Had an emergency situation with my old boiler. They supplied me with heaters for my home after they had to shut down my old boiler. A new high efficiency was installed within a few days. Excellent emergency service and a first class installation of my new system.

  Called Barrett Plumbing and Heating in an emergency situation my furnace was not making heat the owner showed up within one hour of my call diagnosed the problem had the part by 8:30 the following morning my heat was back up and running that morning. Great service I am in contracting and say this was a great experience would recommend Barrett 100% price was also very fair for a emergency call. Thank you Barrett!!

  I am writing the review only to provide feedback to anyone that is considering Barrett Plumbing to assist them with their Lennox air conditioning unit. I did not use them for any other service. One would expect that if they are listed as the service provider for a product, then they are experts. I am also writing to Lennox Corporate as well, to let them know that they need to re-evaluate whom they list as a qualified service contractor because clearly they are NOT experts. To summarize, we are out $$$ and we are no better off than the day we first called for service. DON'T CALL BARRETT!
