  Excellent customer service from the phone call to the office to request help with our pressure tanker our pump. At the time I was not sure what the problem was. The Office lady Julia, was very nice and set up our appointment for the service team to come out, she explained the service call price and that 2 guys with a fully equipped truck would be coming to our house. We received a phone call letting us know they were 10min. Out on the day of our appointment.Which was in the time window we were given. Jeff and Eric came up and introduced themselves and listened to what we had to say about our water issue. Both were very nice.Jeff explained different avenues on what could be the problem so we knew what they were going to do before just working on the problem. We really appreciated the knowledge that Jeff shared with us and the great work Eric and Jeff did to fix our pressure tank. We will call on Barnhart Pump Co. If and when we need help again. Highly recommend!

  For the second time in about five years we use Barnhardt pump company and we’re extremely pleased with her professionalism they are thoroughness and their quick response. We were really in a pickle until they were able to drop what else was on their plate to help in emergency repair lately. I have nothing but good things to say and I have been extremely happy with the quality of service and equipment we have received from Barnhart

  I called Barnhart Pump to come and test a well at a property I was considering buying. They arrived on time, pulled the pump, tested the well and let me know an estimate on costs of repairs. The guys who came, were nice and efficient and gave me good information that clarified my decision. I appreciate Barnhart Pump Company's excellent service!

It is definitely important to inspect a well system before purchase! :) Although we do not pull the pump on the inspection, we definitely test the system components to ensure everything is working properly and see that the well production suits your water usage needs!
