  I called these guys to repair a leak. They came out, couldn’t locate the leak, told me to call somebody else and charged me $187 for absolutely nothing. I feel very very cheated and called back to speak with a supervisor but after a week gave up on hearing back from them. I spoke to another plumber since then and he told me there was no way his company would charge $187 just to show up and say they couldn’t find a leak. I should’ve just refused to pay when they hit me with that amount. I mean if they would have did anything it would be another story but I am sure none of the employees that work at Barnett Plumbing would be ok with that “service” for that price. It really bothered me but it will be a $200 lesson learned. Literally $187 for a technician to come out and tell me he can’t find the leak. Total RIPOFF!!

  Well they came out and did a great job at fixing my problem and they were professional and used top quality materials for the repair I'm impressed! I'm difficult to impress,if I could complain about something I would ! At first I thought they were a little high by about 40 dollar's, I didn't say anything, after they left is when I really looked and seen he used stainless steel braided line simply the best money could buy materials! A+
