  I was very impressed with the responsiveness of Bardi. I had a leak in my basement and they sent Jonathan, who was amazing. Friendly, knowledgeable, and worked hard to not only resolve the problem, but he also looked for any available discounts that he could apply. Jonathan ended up spending practically the whole day at my house, jettisoning old grease from my pipes and installing a new toilet, and he never lost his smile while doing it. Bardi isn't cheap, but they definitely provide quality work and knowledgeable technicians that left me feeling comfortable the issue was resolved. I will definitely use them in the future (hopefully no time soon!).

  Bardi was able to send Jason out the day after I called with an a/c issue. He was very nice, very thorough, and considerate of my family and my dog... Jason explained everything needed, offered me alternatives, and also explained financing. In addition, he showed me that I needed to have someone come out and clean my dryer vent! I am extremely satisfied and have signed a maintenance agreement so that I do not have problems going forward.

  I was impressed by the professionalism and the fact they came when they said the would. But I must also chime in with the people who are saying Bardi shut their heat off as a “precaution “. I’m realizing this is a pressure sales tactic. My husband works with certified heating, air, and plumbing technicians. Only reason I didn’t call them is because I knew they were busy; however as I let them listen in while the Bardi people were here assessing everything and talking to me, they are on their way over now to turn my heat back on. I’ve been quoted $9900 to $12,000 for what should be no more than a $4,000 job. And shouldn’t be paying more than $800 for what was quoted as $2400. Then there was another issue Bardi found: a rusted piece of the heating duct no bigger than the size of my finger means replacing the entire duct - about 12 to 15 feet long because “carbon monoxide is leaking into our home”. When I stated our monoxide monitors have never gone off, they said oh the won’t go off until it’s too late. (Seriously?) I got more suspicious when one of the techs said they only had two appointments for tomorrow so we could book right then before the appointment was gone. So seeing at least 5 reviews so far saying the same thing is pretty newsworthy if you ask me. I’m going to come drop these stars lower if my second opinion says any of what I’ve been told is bogus. But if everything they said is verified, then the loss of a star is just because of price.
