  I called Barbosa when I failed an inspection on my septic system when selling my house. Not only were they very professional, they cared about helping me which blew my away! The customer care that Adrianne showed was over my expectations, the responsiveness and quality of workmanship from their service department was totally unbelievable. If you're looking for a QUALITY, PROFESSIOANL, RESPONSIVE and FIRST class operation, look no further, give them a call, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

  I’ve been using Barbosa for 15 years. They are the best around... I wouldn’t use anyone else. The service is amazing, and the guys who work with them out on the jobs are super nice and knowledgeable. I had an emergency yesterday and they showed up immediately. Adriana who answers the phones is really nice and helpful as well. Thanks for the great service!

  I was traveling internationally and got a message from a tenant that the downstairs toilet was overflowing, and I had a flood in the first floor bathroom. My plumber went out and told me that the main drain was not flowing to the septic tank..you can imagine the stress I felt with the tenant not able use the bathrooms until the situation was resolved, and me thousands of miles away. After a sleepless night I found Barbosa online the following morning. Adrianne told me that since the the system had not been pumped out before (my fault there) they needed to send out a backhoe to install risers to bring the the pump-out access to the surface (mound system), which was an extra complication, then send out the pump truck after that to empty the system. Somehow she made it all happen like clockwork and my tenant was back in business by early afternoon the same day. They saved me an insane amount of inconvenience and stress at a very affordable price IMHO and just so you know I was a first time customer. Adrianne was thorough and very pleasant too work with, detailed in pricing, and communication was excellent. I highly recommend them they are PROS!!
