  From a royal mess - to no stress! WOW, what outstanding and professional service from Barahona Plumbing. We had a major hot water copper line failure (three in two weeks - with the BIG one occurring in our crawl space). They came out (ONE TIME), were courteous, took the time to explain things to us the entire way, provided us recommendations, cleaned up after themselves, and made sure we were taken care of, which reduced our stress. We had them replace all of our "failing" copper plumbing in the house (third time was our charm). The Barahona team worked hard and were the real deal. We've passed to everyone we know if they're looking or need a reliable plumber - look no further. We are so thankful for them and the excellent work they performed, which enables us to live without fear of "Copper Plumbing Line FAILURE" ever again!

  Called Yovany because shower faucet wouldn't fully turn off and leaked a bit. Got scheduled for next week so decent response. Came and replaced the shower cartridge and took care of a toilet valve. $340. 7 months later the same issue is happening. I messaged him and his first message was sorry out of warranty. His invoice didn't mention anything about warranty so I assumed (stupid of me) a normal 1 year warranty. He said no 3 months. Then I go to the website and it says 6 months. So even he doesn't know his own warranty. I've even offered to pay for the part but no response from him. The repair lasted 7 months - absolutely unacceptable. My advice - find a plumber who actually guarantees their work. It might be fine and a bit cheaper at first but if it breaks you've now spent double because he doesn't back his work.

  Lately you don't find businesses like this anymore. Unlike other plumbing companies that charge you anywhere from 50-100 just to get in the door even though you tell them exactly what you need they still need to come just to give you a quote. I told Mr. Barahona over the phone what I needed and since it was a straight fix he quoted me right away. I had another issue that I wanted addressed when he was here and he quoted me on the spot. He didn't have to go back to his truck for 15 minutes and come back with a foot long work order. He was punctual, courteous and respectful. He also didn't charge anything extra to inspect a hook up I previously did. I would definitely recommend him.
