  Jessie was fabulous! Professional, friendly and very thorough. I needed service over the holiday. Jessie was here earlier than originally planned (fine by me) and called an hour ahead of time to confirm. My commode problem was more involved than originally thought. I just moved to the area and into my home. Jessie showed me where the water main shut off valve was (I had no clue) and shared things I should know about protecting my home for the upcoming freeze. Because of his professionalism and attitude of caring, I will be using Bannister to replace my water heater. There may be "more affordable "options, but I trust Bannister (because of Jessie) to take care of my installation and all that goes with it! Thank you for making my first big service need in my new home the best experience possible!

  They were extremely professional, polite, clean, and considerate of my time. They did a full inspection of all the drains in my home before leaving and even fixed the loose chain on my toilet just to be nice. I will definitely use them for any future plumbing needs and recommend to anyone needing work done.

  I have not had such a fine experience with a company in years. Bannister’s Plumbing receptionist was extremely polite and efficient when making my appointment! She confirmed my appointment, sent me a picture of the service man and when he would arrive. Rubin arrived on time in very clean and organized truck. He introduced himself and went over with me what he would do as well as asked if he could check all plumbing related items in my house. He made recommendations for each item. He fixed my problem. I can’t say enough things about Bannister! They provide reliable service like it used to be! Try them, you won’t regret it!
