  I have been with this company for a few years since moving to Alabama and have been extremely pleased! Neil's is very professional, friendly and is great at his job- always going above and beyond to help in keeping my Heating/Air products up to date! Would not use any other Company ! Baldwin Heat/ Air is the Best!

  Equipment installed without any problems and in a timely manner. They worked until the system was completely installed and working to perfection. They disposed of the old equipment and cleaned up after the job was completed. I compliment the men and BaldwinHeating and Air. Thank you for job well done.u

  We had a great experience working with our sales professional, Matt Morgan of Baldwin Heating & Cooling. Matt was very friendly, knowledgeable, & professional explaining the great features of the Trane XV20i 4 ton outside compressor and Tam9 variable speed inside air handler. We looked at the energy savings and 10 yr. warranty and felt this HVAC system was not only a necessity for us living here in south alabama, but an investment in our home. Energy savings also was a big influence in our decision. The install team members, Richard Ellis, Mr. John, and Jaye (LNU) were professional, efficient, cleaned up after the install and were very concerned about getting the job done right. We even had a visit from the regional sales rep. from B’ham to make sure we were pleased with our choice and to make sure the install was going correctly. All things considered, we are extremely satisfied with our choice in selecting Baldwin Heating & Cooling and the Trane HVAC heating/cooling system. The XL850 programmable thermostat is pretty cool, too.
