  Had an emergency and they were out to my home within the hour! Fixed the leak perfectly! Note: a well known competitor was called and they were unable to show up. Kudos to Balanced Plumbing for their help!

  My family and I had an emergency with our sump pump and we came across balanced plumbing so we gave them a call. Paul was the gentleman to take that call he was at our home very quickly. Paul was very professional and punctual. He got the job done and fixed within a reasonable amount of time. I liked the fact that Paul and the company were very friendly and Paul himself was very helpful and informative. The company fixed our sump pump for a reasonable cost. My family and I would recommend them to anybody in the Sycamore area!
