  Called on January 8th to schedule an appointment for service on our heat pump... girl that answered the phone took my name and number and said someone would call me back. No one ever called. Called again January 18, girl that answered phone said they would call me back, no one called. Called again on January 19th, said they would try to work me in, never seen anyone and no one ever called. Tried one more time... called January 20, girl that answered the phone apologized, said for sure she would have someone get back with me, never heard anything! ☹

  Bought a new 6 ton heating n cooling unit last fall.never used air conditioning.in stalled new duct work to go with new unit.its been hot..im 68... Air con doesn't work. I've paid close to $9,000 for unit n ductwork. It's under warranty. I've called many,many,times10 to18 times in 3 weeks. Can't sleep in bedrooms . they stay around 95°.so I sleep in floor in living room.very unhappy.this is bad
