  I called Bainbridge Island Plumbing for a small plumbing job. They arrived the same day with two technicians who were professional, friendly and highly efficient. They came prepared with and the parts and tools to do the job. The result was clean and the invoice more than reasonable. They took a little more than an hour to do a job that I would have wasted an entire weekend messing around with.

  We had our kitchen sink backed up and we called them to see if they could send someone out. Although they were booked up, they made time to fit us in their schedule. What a great kindness! Their customer service was impeccable and the service person was knowledgeable, efficient and gave great recommendations. Will continue to call them for all our plumbing needs!

  We are very satisfied with BI Plumbing. Not only did they diagnose and fix our shower drain leak in less than an hour, but Chris and Abe were very professional and courteous. Bainbridge Island Plumbing was recommended to us by some friends of ours and we’d be happy to do the same.
