I originally submitted my review showing the 5 stars without any written comments. So I am adding my comments: Tim, the technician was highly professional, courteous and friendly. He appropriately masked up before coming into our home and also wore protective foot coverings over his shoes, showing respect for our property. He quickly completed the project and cleaned up the area when he finished. We have used Bailey Plumbing twice in the past and both times were very pleased with their service.

I cannot say enough things good about Andrew the tech. He had been to my house before and I was glad he was coming back. He is so friendly and explains everything He took care of my backed up sewer to get everything flowing again. The woman on the phone at night was so helpful and friendly. She helped set up the appointment and walked me through everything (water company program). Thanks Bailey and Andrew for another job well done!!

Carmelo and Jorge led a team to replace my sewer pipe. They were very thorough in diagnosing the root cause and informing me what needed to be done. They worked beautifully to coordinate all manpower needed to expertly remove and replace the pipe and kept me informed throughout the project. I highly recommend them and Baileys overall to anyone who needs this extensive work done. In fact everyone spoke with at Baileys - from the office staff to the field technicians - was professional, responsive and a pleasure to work with. Thank you!
