  Not a professional company at all. The trashy lady who answers the calls is rude! I called them on Wednesday and they told me they would be able to come out on Friday.. Friday came and went. They never came nor did they call to reassure me that they would come.. Then randomly someone calls at 4:21 pm on Monday asking if I need a plumber! Stupid and unprofessional people. I understand that they could have gotten busy Friday and couldn't come out as scheduled.. but they could have at least called me and explain the situation.. but no! They just left me wondering! I would not recommend them to anyone.. Call Bushnell plumbing.. That's professional service.

  Extremely unreliable and unprofessional! We contacted them in April. They would not let us know when they were coming. They would say one day and then not show up. We wouldn't hear anything from them unless I called. Once they finally came the repair required a contractor first. We waited for them to contact a contractor for two months. Once we got a contractor his part was done in 2 days. Then we had to wait again for Bailey Plumbing to come do their part. I was told they would come on Wednesday, they never showed up, I called and was told they would come Thursday. I stayed home for several days waiting. Then when they showed up on Friday they sent a guy who took 3 hours to replace a faucet. Some other guys finally showed up to help him and he had done it all wrong. They had to take it apart and start over. One of them cut and burned my bathroom floor.

  I called and the young lady I spoke with was very pleasant and extremely friendly. She explained to me that they may not be able to get to me until next week (weather permitting) but someone would get back to me. My experience has be 5 STARS thus far.
