Be aware they charge $90 per hour. Seem to spend a lot of time turning the water on and off over and over again. Replaced 2 pressure switches and one pressure gauge that I supplied, which took 3 hours. Eddie said he wasn't sure he fixed the problem. He offered to replace the water pump and some wiring just in case. I declined. Not impressed.

Extremely pleased with the service provided by the Badger guys. Needed emergency pipe repairs after a freeze up during the recent very cold temperatures. They were willing to drive 50 minutes from their normal service area and had repairs done in three hours. Very fair pricing, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable.... Would highly recommend!

Response from the owner
We do apologize if you feel we did not explain your options clearly but the owner felt after discussing them with you that you knew in order to get the part needed for the tub that day it would be a little over two hours round trip and you would be billed for the travel. The part you needed was for a specific model and type. It is not a part that would be stocked on a truck because it is too specialized. He also explained to you that we could order the part from the manufacturer and it would take 2-3 days to arrive and we could come back to install. This way would be the more cost effective and save you some money. You had also wanted us to fix the leak under your kitchen sink. After inspecting the sink found the issue was the sink was installed illegally and by an unlicensed person that did not use the correct materials or installed per code. Because of how it was installed, the best and least expensive way would be to start fresh and take out all illegally installed pvc piping and to bring up to code. Trying to fix what was under there would using the existing pvc would cost more money due to the labor hours that would be spent. It was decided to just fix the leaks and to re-use as much of the old pvc possible When your wife called and said it was still leaking. We came right out to fix it. Upon inspection of pvc, found that it was in an area that we were told not to fix. We knew that you were unhappy with the price from the first visit and in an effort to make things right we did not charge you for coming out the second time even though it had nothing to do with the work we had just preformed. We never have or will install new or repair existing plumbing, heating or gas that is not up to code. We always strive to deliver quality work to each one of our customers. We are sorry that you feel we did not meet the standards of quality you were looking for. We feel that we explained the options clearly and that they were understood by you before we continued on with our work. Obviously, you felt differently so we would love to hear from you. We are always open for suggestions on ways to serve our customers better.
